Kinesitherapy – therapeutic gymnastic exercises
Manual therapy, functional osteopathy. This involves the therapist working directly with the patient. The indiv idual exercise formula makes it possible to shorten the period of
treatment and the patient’s physical fitness is recovered by recreating the anatomy of the peripheral joints, muscles, ligaments. It treats back strains and osteoarthritis.
Individual kinesitherapy - Neurac®
This is a treatment developed by Norwegian therapists together with specialists from other countries at th e beginning of the 21st century using the Redcord apparatus. The
theoretical basis of the Neurac method is the generation of the correct motor patterns and the assumption that most diseases of the musculoskeletal system are caused by disturbances of action of mechanisms that connect the work of local and global muscle groups.
Aims of the therapy:
To increase the power and strength of muscles, improve balance, coordination and stability, restore correct motor function, rebuild movement patterns in a pain-free environment,
and change the nerve-muscle control system.

Exercises in the pool
Exercises in water are the most effective form of movement (our bodies weigh 8 times less in water). During the exercises the costo-chondral system is relieved which makes it
possible for people who have problems with their backs and joints to exercise effectively. Water aerobics enables the muscles to be strengthened, it improves stability and motor
coordination, decreases swelling, improves the circulatory and respiratory systems and decreases obesity.
Rehabilitation of the knee and ankle joints
Rehabilitation carried out using the AVIOR device aimed at restoring movement and exercising all the tissues adj oining the joint (muscles, tendons and ligaments). The device uses elements of vibration that have hitherto not been used in treatment of damage to the knee joint. The procedure includes passive, active, active resistance and functional exercises.

Moon Walker
A multi-functional piece of apparatus for Nordic Walking exercise in water that has been patented by the Italian company Aquatix. Exercises and takes place in the rehabilitation pool.
It allows the simultaneous exercise of the legs and arms and stabilizes the movements of the upper body. The regulated front resistance system means that only selected areas of the body, e.g. only legs or arms, can be worked on.

Kinesiotaping
The dynamic application of plasters – a therapeutic method that involves taping selected muscles of the body with plasters of a special structure. It was developed and popularized in the 1980s by Dr. Kenzo Kase from Japan.
Indications:
Severe pain in specific muscle groups. It permits the relief of particularly overstressed muscle g roups and is conducive to more rapid regeneration and accelerating healing e.g. after injuries.
