Rehabilitation massage is the oldest method of physiotherapy and its beginnings reach back to ancient India and China. It is a collection of various techniques and manual grips, which mechanically affect the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles, joint bursae and ligaments, as well as the circulatory, nervous internal secretory systems and the internal organs.
Classical healing massage
This is one of the oldest forms of therapy.
Thanks to appropriately selected manual techniques we achie ve the effect of relaxation of the muscles,
skin and subcutaneous tissues,
thereby increasing blood flow. The procedure is used in order to relieve pain and speed up tissue healing
and to achieve psychophysical relaxation, which helps fight stress and
psychological fatigue.

Manual and pneumatic lymphatic massage
Lymphatic massage (also known as drainage) is a treatment aimed at improving the flow of lymph in the event of its standstill, which is mainly manifested by swelling and a feeling of "heavy legs". The causes of lymphoedema may be various, e.g. surgical procedure (mastectomy, hysterectomy, removal of lymph nodes), injury, endocrine disturbances (diabetes, thyroid). Most often lymphatic massage of the hands and legs is performed; sometimes lymphatic drainage covers other areas of the body, e.g. the chest or abdomen. Lymphatic massage can be performed manually (only by a professional masseur) or using a sequential compression massage device.
Indications: swelling of the lower and upper limbs, venous insufficiency, conditions following surgical procedures, cellulite.
Prophylactic massage in venous insufficiency
Lymphatic massage (otherwise drainage) is a procedure aimed at improving the flow of lymph in the event that it h as stagnated,
the symptoms of which are usually swelling and a
feeling of “heaviness in the legs”. The reasons for lymphatic swelling may be various, e.g. surgical procedures,
(mastectomy, hysterectomy, removal of lymph nodes), injury, or
disturbances in hormonal balance (diabetes, thyroid). Lymphatic massage is most commonly carried out on the hands and legs,
sometimes lymphatic drainage includes other body
regions e.g. the chest, or the abdomen.Lymphatic massage can be carried out manually
(only by a professional masseuse) or using apparatus for sequential pressure massage.
Indications: swelling of the lower or upper limbs, venous insufficiency, following surgical procedures, cellulite.
Anti-cellulite massage,Slimming massage
Slimming massage is an effective method for cellulite and to burn fat that accumulates in excessive amounts in various places on the body, especially on the thighs, buttocks and even the back. The stimulation of the blood and lymph circulation cleanses the body of toxins and gives the muscles an opportunity to work more effectively, which after some time speeds up fat burning during exercise. To get rid of excess fat, we need to break down the fat tissue during massage. In our treatment programme you will find two offers of slimming massage: manual slimming massage carried out by a specialist and ESWT shockwave therapy using the high frequency Masterpuls 200 "elite edition" device by the Swiss company Storz Medical, which brings very rapid results.

Aquavibron – This is a dry procedure, which is carried out using special apparatus,
through which water flows creating vibrations of a membrane in the applicator.
The Aquavibron device emits vibrations with a frequency of 30 to 3000 Hz.
Vibrations of these frequencies are received by the sensory nerve endings in the skin
unlike higher frequency vibrations e.g. ultrasound. At lower frequencies, they can have an effect similar to classical massage.
The massage of large muscle groups and subcutaneous tissue improves peripheral circulation.
Indications: muscle wasting of various aetiology (following injury, paralysis, inflammatory st ates)
nutritional skin disturbances, injuries to bone, joint tissues, muscles, scarring
restricting movement, musculoskeletal and skin changes following injury, degenerative
rheumatism of soft tissues with pain syndromes, restriction of movement, contractures, spinal
lumbar or cervical pain.
