Hotel Guidelines

§1 REGULATION SUBJECT

1 .Hotel Regulations characterize principles concerning service and liability while remaining on the premises of the Hotel and it is an integral part of an agreement, which is accepted either by signing a registration card or by making a reservation and a half or full payment for accommodation in the Hotel. By doing one of the above, Guest confirms that he or she has read and accepted Hotel Regulations.
2.Hotel Regulations are binding for all Guests remaining at premises of the Hotel.

§2 HOTEL NIGHT

1.      Guest rooms are rented for hotel nights.
2.      Hotel night lasts from 12:00 PM until 11:00 AM of the next day.
3.      Request to extended hotel night should be submitted at the front desk as soon as possible. The hotel cannot fulfill the request if all rooms in the hotel are taken or if the guest does not comply with the Hotel Regulations.
4.      Hotel reserves the right to refuse hotel night extension if the Guest has not settled all previous due bills


§3 RESERVATION AND REGISTRATION

1.        Reservation methods include:
a)      Telephone reservation which is confirmed by Hotel’s email with detailed reservation terms.
b)      Reservation sent by email or post in a written form

2.      Upon receiving reservation request the Hotel will send an email or a letter a to provied address which constitutes an initial reservation confirmation.
3.      Room reservation is legally binding for the Hotel once 30% prepayment of the total due amount is received.
4.      Allowable prepayment methods include: bank transfer, cash payment or credit card.
5.      Prepayment should be effected within 3 days after reservation or according to the date listed on reservation confirmation.
6.      Prepayment date is recognized on the day of registration on the Hotel’s bank account.
7.      In case of cancellation during hotel day or night the Sudetia Hotel does not provide a refund for the remaining time.
8.      In case you fail to arrive without cancelling your reservation, the Hotel is entitled to charge equal to the first night’s stay including taxes and possible additional services per room. Above charge may be applied to credit card or may be substracted from the prepayment.


§4 SERVICES

1.      Hotel provides services accordingly to its category and standard.
2.      In case of any complaints, Guest without delay should submit questions to the Front Desk, which will allow the staff to improve services .
3.      Hotel is obliged to provide:
a)      Conditions for full, unhampered leisure time.
b)      Safety during the stay, including safe storage of Guests personal data.
c)      Professional and kind service in all areas of Hotel's operation range.
d)     Cleaning and indispensable repair service while the Guest is not present in the room or in Guests presence with his/her consent
4.      Additionally the Hotel provides the following services free of charge and only upon direct request from the Guest:
a)      Wake-up call at given time.
b)      Baggage storage
c)      Taxi call


§5 GUEST LIABILITY

1.      Children up to 12 years of ago should stay at the premises of the Hotel under close scrutiny of their legal guardiands. Legal guardians bear full liability for all damage done by the children.
2.      Hotel Guest bears full material liability for all kind of property, technical equipment and fitting damage, which was caused by him/herself or by a visiting person. Hotel reserves the right to charge Guest’s credit card for all the inflicted damage after departure.
3.      In case of violation of Regulations Hotel has the right to refuse to render service to the Guest who is responsible for the violation. In such case violator should strictly follow Hotel’s orders, settle all due bills and cover all other resulting charges and leave the premised of the Hotel.
4.       When leaving hotel room Guest should make sure that: TV is turned off, refrigerator’s door is closed, safe is open, all lighting is turned off, water is not running in the bathroom. Finally after leaving the room one should lock the door with a key.
5.       Hotel has a lawful right to establish lien on Guest’s belongings brought to the Hotel in case of payment delay or if there is not payment for the accommodation at all.

§6 RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS

1.      Personal items left in the Hotel room will be returned to the provided address and shipping cost will be charged to the Guest.
2.      In case no instructions concerning the return of left goods were made, the Hotel will keep items for the period of 3 months and charge the Guest for the storage. After this time the Hotel will repossess the items. Food products will be stored for only 24 hours.


§7 QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.

§8 COMPLAINTS

1.      Guests have a right to file a complaint in case of any shortcomings in the quality of Hotel service.
2.      All complaints should be filled at the front desk.
3.      Complaint should be filled without delay after shortcoming was noticed. 

§9 ADDITIONAL DECREES

1.      Hotel does not allow pets on its premises.
2.      On the premises of the Hotel smoking is strictly forbidden, except for special designated places.
3.      It is strictly forbidden to keep dangerous items on the Hotel premises, including: firearms and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminative materials. 
4.      Guest gives consent for storage of personal data gathered by the Hotel Sudetia (represented by Into of Poland Sp. z o.o., ul.Żupnicza 17, 03-821 Warszawa), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29.08.1997  (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland 2002 No 101, item 926 as amended).  Personal data is gathered only for the sole purpose of providing accommodation and service to the Guest. Guest has a right to view his/her personal file and modify it.
5.      It is strictly forbidden to perform on the premises of the Hotel any business operations which include direct “face to face” transactions.
6.       It is forbidden to make any excessive noise, create uncomfortable smell or conduct any other action which may annoy, distract or harm other Guests of the Hotel.
7.      Guests are forbidden to make changes to the Hotel Rooms, furnishings and equipment except minor rearranging, which will not influence their functionality and usage security.


10.  Smoking
1.  Smoking is it strictly forbidden in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
 For smoking in a room or on the premises of the facility, the guest is obliged to pay damages in
the form of a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 1500. The hotel reserves the right to charge
an additional fee if the value of the damage caused is more than the amount of the contractual penalty.
2. If the Guest activates a fire alarm detector as a result of smoking on the premises of the hotel or
unwarranted activation of a fire alarm by breaking down the fire alarm system, the hotel charges a fee of PLN 1500.
3. In case when the above mentioned fire alarm system is activated by the Guest there will be arrival
of fire brigade Guests cover all costs of the related action, including a mandate issued by the
commander of the fire brigade who came to the Hotel as a result of activities provoked by the Guest.
4. Due to the fire safety in the hotel rooms heaters, electric irons and other devices which are not the
room equipment are prohibited.
